Members of the Threads Lab team were instrumental in the organization of a recent webinar co-hosted by the iCHORDS Community of Practice and the Coalition for Operational Research on Neglected Tropical Diseases (COR-NTD). As part of the COR-NTD Research Links series, this webinar brought together global experts, researchers, implementing partners and national NTD programmes to explore the issue of 'systematic noncompliance' or those individuals who have never been treated during mass drug administration programmes. During the webinar, participants explored the use of a new indicator to capture the 'never treated' as well as discussed changes to the terminology and future operational and implementation research gaps that are needed to address this issue.
