New Paper Alert: Mapping Common Ground Between Epidemiology of Resilience and Compassion

Threads Lab is excited to announce a new paper published by James Kotuah Sakeah (PhD candidate), co-authored with Alison K. and Ian Colman.

The paper explores how lessons from resilience research in epidemiology can help shape an emerging epidemiology of compassion, arguing that compassion should be viewed not only as a moral value but also as a measurable and actionable public health asset that supports collective wellbeing and human flourishing.

This work contributes to the special issue “Toward an Epidemiology of Compassion,” invited by the Focus Area for Compassion and Ethics (FACE) at The Task Force for Global Health.
