Paper: Comparison of Different Sampling Methods to Catch LF Vectors in a Sudan Savannah Area of Mali

Congratulations to Moussa Sangare for his newly published paper in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene! Together with his colleagues, Moussa compared the Ifakara tent trap type C (ITTC) and the Biogents sentinel trap (BGST) methods for collecting mosquitoes to the human landing catch (HLC) method in areas with different vector densities. They found that ITTC appeared to be a good alternative to HLC for xenomonitoring of program activities.
